By far the best I have ever used. The sound is clear & crisp. The voice recognition is simply outstanding. I could not ask for more!!!

I bought this product specifically to get a product that blocks the outside noise of my office, but the Fast Mute mic is the actual feature that is being marketed as a "noise-canceling" microphone. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. There is no way to monitor the battery level either.

Purchased because I knew the hardware to be good.
Used for a few years, with no issues, but the vinyl coverings fall apart way to easy.
But now the phones are randomly power cycling.
But I would have rated them Excellent !!!!, except they can't be used while charging.
Not very good for watching movies, or music.
Normal use is limited to a few hours - 4-5 on average, charge time unknown for a full charge.
No real indicator.

Works great at my desk, but the point of wireless was to move around, not so much. You can get about 8-10 feet without affecting call quality, after that it starts breaking up and after 10 feet you lose all use of the headset! So the 40 feet that list is crazy! The desk outside my office is only 20 feet wide and I can't all the way across it before the headset dies. You could almost get the same range with extension USB cord and a corded headset probably.
